Cancellations and Returns

The FLYLIGHT luggage case is quality checked to the highest standards before dispatch. It is our hope that you will be pleased with your order. If however you wish to return your products (due to damage in transit or a genuine fault), we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all damaged goods once the goods are deemed un-repairable and returned in their original packaging and in an used state with a receipt.

In order to ensure that your request is dealt with quickly, kindly email our customer service team at info@flylight.ie

to inform us of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The cost of goods should be borne by you unless expressly agreed with Flylight in advance.

We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.  Therefore we advise you to return your goods to FLYLIGHT, ABINGTON, MURROE, CO. LIMERICK, IRELAND by recorded delivery and keep your receipt as proof of delivery. Please include your name and contact details with all goods returned.

  • Please return goods using AN POST EXPRESS COURIERS (by leaving the packaged product to be returned at your local post office including your name and contact details).
  • We will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, within 30 days of receiving notice of your intention to cancel your order.
  • Your right to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the event that the product has been used or damaged (please refer to our warranty policy on damaged goods)
