How To Use A few things that you need to do with a FLYLIGHT self weighing luggage case:
Please be advised that unless the total luggage bag weighs 0.5kg under the published airline weight, we cannot guarantee accuracy of weights as airport weighing devices will differ in calibration. ![]() To Change The Batteries
a) Zip down the lining inside the case
b) Twist the black circular cover with you fingers going with the arrows
c) (the arrows are imprinted onto the cover)
d) Remove the 2 batteries (you may have to use your fingers or sharp object to remove both batteries)
e) Insert the new batteries, the rough side of the battery facing the LCD Digital screen (both facing the same direction)
f) You will know that the batteries are inserted correctly as the light on the LCD Screen will come on immediately.
g) If the batteries are inserted correctly, put on the black circular cover twisting against the arrows to close
h) Always store the cases in a dry place and remove the batteries from the device (if the luggage cases are being stored for more than 3 months without use)
Check Battery Power
Before departing your home for the airport you should always check the battery power in your weighing mechanism. When you 1st receive your new FLYLIGHT luggage set you should replace the current batteries in your luggage case for the substitute Panasonic batteries that we have included with your case. This will ensure that you have maximum battery power in your weighing mechanism before departing for the airport at all times.
Better Battery Storage
Please ensure that you remove the batteries from the weighing mechanism and store in a cool dry area, if you do not intend using the cases for 3 months or more at any one time.
